Placing an order on fportugal.com respects all e-commerce rules and laws. Any order is subject to respective acceptance, which will always be confirmed by sending an email communicating the dispatch of the product(s) - Dispatch Confirmation.
The purchase and sale contract will only be formalized with the communication of the Dispatch Confirmation and will only concern the products mentioned therein. If the order is not accepted after any debit has been made to the user's account, the respective amount will be refunded in full.
In case of unavailability of the product or out of stock, Força Portugal will inform the customer by email within a maximum period of 3 working days, offering as an alternative i) other products that correspond and come close to what is desired, ii) indication of the approximate date for replacement of product. In the last case, if the user loses interest in the order, they may choose to cancel with the right to a refund of the amount paid, within a maximum period of 8 days, using the same payment method or in the form of a discount voucher for a future purchase in the online store.

Força Portugal declines any responsibility for any delay or impossibility of processing the order, particularly at the time of delivery, resulting from an error or insufficient data communicated by the customer. Any user errors in your order or changes to it can only be made until the user confirms the purchase, that is, payment. In accordance with the provisions of law 7/2004 of 7 January, relating to electronic commerce, Força Portugal reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, computer malfunction or if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination in which the error affects an essential element of the contract, as well as in the case of a computer error, an error in the PVP, out of stock or a product error.
Prices and payments
The prices indicated on this website are presented in Euros, include VAT, but do not include delivery costs (they are calculated during the checkout process, if applicable).
Força Portugal reserves the right to change sales prices at any time. The retail prices charged in the online store are independent of the sales prices in our physical stores.
You can make payment with MultiBanco Reference, with debit or credit cards, through MBWay or through a Paypal account. We use the company SIBS for all payment transactions for Ref Multibanco, MB Way and card services and also PayPal Business Services, for payments with a PayPal account.

Follow the order
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a code to track your order on the carrier's website. You can also check the status of your order in the Customer Area or on the direct link at the bottom of the website under "Track Orders".After the order has been dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the order passes to the respective transport company (CTT Expresso and DHL).
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation, regardless of the reason or reason for the delay.

An order is considered "delivered" with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address stated on the order.In the case of shipments to countries that do not belong to the European Union, they are subject to payment of Customs Fees determined by the country of destination, payment being the sole responsibility of the customer. If your order is returned to Comério Textil Atlantic Sud, Lda., due to the customer's failure to pay the Customs Fees for which they are responsible, the customer will bear the costs of resending the order.
If the products are not received and for this reason are returned to Comério Textil Atlantic Sud, Lda, we advise that the customer may collect the products subject to the order at the company's address within a maximum period of 30 days, on business days at 9:00 am: 00 to 12:00 or from 13:30 to 17:00, as long as you provide the respective order form and valid identification document. Alternatively, you can, within the same period, contact the customer support of the Força Portugal online store in writing, communicating the address to which you want the products in question to be re-dispatched, proceeding with prior payment, via bank reference, of the costs of shipping.
After the aforementioned maximum period of 30 days, Força Portugal will consider the products abandoned by the customer, reserving the right to destroy them or dispose of them as it sees fit. We also warn that the warranty periods for re-dispatched products may have expired, as they begin to run from the moment of first dispatch to the address indicated by the customer. In these cases, Força Portugal declines any and all responsibility for any defect or non-conformity that the products may have.The expected shipping and delivery time, as well as any conditions or observations relevant to the completion date of the order process, are indicated, as an informative note, in each of the delivery options in the “Shipping” tab. Order shipments are only made on business days, so weekends and national or local holidays are excluded from the estimated time for order delivery. Furthermore, the shipping time does not include delays resulting from customs processes or delays by the transport company.The indicated shipping deadlines will be met under normal order processing conditions, which is why situations of exceptional increase in the volume of orders, limited stock that may occur during festive periods or during promotional campaigns, as well as other eventualities that prevent the regular provision of the delivery service. Estimated shipping and delivery dates may change depending on the day of the week orders are placed if they include personalized products or items out of stock.
Customer information about order shipping may take up to 24 hours, counting from receipt of shipping confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any responsibility being attributed to Força Portugal.
Força Portugal offers several regular delivery services, which are subject to each carrier's own procedures, particularly with regard to the data necessary to carry out the service, the modalities, deadlines, costs and transport constraints associated with the specificities of the orders to be delivered. and mechanisms for validating the identity of the purchase recipient or the third party representing them.
The customer may choose to receive the order at an address of their choice (except PO Boxes). To do so, simply provide the address where you will be present between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm on the day scheduled for delivery. A delivery attempt will be made, by a courier from the chosen transport service, to the indicated address. Or if you prefer, you can choose to collect your order at a DHL service point.
It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the courier's route on the day of delivery, which is defined by the transport service.
Entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to Força Portugal and result in additional costs for the customer; For this reason, it is recommended that the customer always ensure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details indicated.
In any shipping method, for reasons of service organization and carrier distribution procedures, the recipient's identification data will be printed on a label that will be placed on the outside of the transport box. In the case of customers' personal data, it is advisable to destroy or erase them after receiving the order in order to prevent such data from being consulted by third parties after discarding the packaging at recycling points.
If Força Portugal is notified and confirms that there has been an error in the product(s) shipped or a defective product(s) has been shipped, Força Portugal will bear the return costs through collection, at the address delivery date of the product(s) in question. To this end, a Força Portugal customer support employee will contact the customer to schedule the aforementioned collection or to send the label that must be affixed to the packaging so that shipping is free. International collections are carried out by DHL and national returns must be made by delivering the package with the return label to a CTT-Correios de Portugal S.A. post.
Exchanges, returns and complaints
When you receive your order, you must always confirm that the item is in perfect condition, without manufacturing defects or other anomalies. Do not accept to receive your order if the packaging is visibly damaged or opened. If you detect that the item is not as intended, you must contact us as soon as possible, so that we can exchange the item.

Shipping costs and all operations until we receive it are the responsibility of the customer.Rejection of returns
The main reasons for rejecting the return are the following:
- The product was returned after 30 days, after the date of receipt of the order;
- The product was not sent in a safety box and the product is damaged;
- If it is a personalized product, it cannot be returned;-The item was sold in a pack and was not returned in full;
- The product is not in perfect condition, exactly as it was sold. A return will be rejected if the product shows any damage, deterioration or dirt, evidence of use or any type of external or internal damage. Likewise, if the product box/packaging shows any damage (written, with tape or manipulated), the return will not be accepted.
If the product you wish to return was purchased as part of a promotional campaign and if, for that reason, you benefited from a product offer, the customer must return not only the product in question but also the offer given to them with their purchase.
Claims
In the event that the exchange/return is caused by a dispatch error by Força Portugal, the customer must contact Customer Support so that we can schedule the collection of the item, thus Força Portugal assuming all the costs of the exchange/return and of the new shipment. To submit a complaint about a used product, you must contact Customer Support so that we can resolve the process. If the original brand accepts the complaint, the item will be replaced with a new one, if the complaint is not accepted, we will return the claimed item to the customer again, without the right to refund or compensation.
Complaints about defects in items after use are accepted. To do so, you must contact us through our customer support. Upon receipt of your shipment, the complaint will be reported to the brand and the maximum response time to the customer may take between 30 to 60 days.Reimbursement
Refunds are made using the same payment method used to place the order. Your refund will be available the next business day after we issue it and receive confirmation of your refund from us.
Força Portugal may withhold the refund until the next business day after receiving the returned goods.
Situations in which you can ask about refunding shipping costs for your order.
i) non-delivery of the order for reasons attributable to Força Portugal or the carrier: the customer will be fully reimbursed for the amount they may have paid as shipping costs only if the error or defect occurs in all of the products shipped.
ii) Error in the product(s) shipped or shipping of a defective product(s): the customer will be fully refunded the amount they may have paid as shipping costs only if the error or defect is verified on all products shipped.
